Ryan Gibson is a London based progressive music DJ/producer of the deep, dark and tribal variety.
During these modern times, DJs, producers and PR teams are forever bombarding the general "Joe Public" with requests for (Or bypassing this step completely by buying) Facebook likes to make them seem more popular (But we all know that this is never a true reflection on their ability and/or passion for what they love doing!).
Along with the aforementioned and to avoid the usual clichés, typical DJ bio's etc…Ryan simply prefers people to just enjoy and pass their own judgement on the music he has been playing for the past 15 years.

DJing around 15 years ago followed by producing around 2 years ago.
What’s the story behind this mix?
Essentially, it's a deep and dark mix, typical of the music that I love to hear when I'm entering a club between the hours of 11-1. Starting with what I feel is a thought invoking intro; it very slowly builds up to a climax that would set the scene for a peak time / headliner DJ to easily move it up to the next level during a night.

2 x Pioneer CDJ-800 MK2

Any future plans you would like to share?
Personally - Soon to be moving the Houston, Texas for 12 months.
Music wise - Still learning how to produce with plans on releasing original material within the next year.
What’s your take on the Analogue vs. Digital debate?
As long as the music being played / produced is of high quality, then in my opinion, it doesn't matter at all what the medium is.
Are there any producers/labels you always go to for new material?
What makes them special to you?
All consistently putting out high quality deep and tech house
What's your dream DJ gig?
Warming up for Sasha or John Digweed @ Space, Ibiza
